Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Nablalab website (nablalab.live) or enrolling in any of our educational programmes. By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the terms described below.

1. About Nablalab

Nablalab is an online AI education provider registered and operating in Ayutthaya, Thailand. We offer structured online learning programmes covering AI fundamentals, reinforcement learning, and applied AI engineering. Our programmes are educational in nature and are not intended as vocational training, professional certification, or employment preparation services.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes only. By visiting or using our site, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable Thai or international laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any form or communication channel.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for users who violate these terms.

3. Educational Programmes

All programmes offered by Nablalab are intended for general learning and personal development. The following applies to all our courses and tracks:

  • Programme content is educational only. Nablalab does not offer professional qualifications, state-recognised credentials, or regulated certification of any kind.
  • We make no representation that participation in any programme will lead to employment, a change in income, or any specific professional outcome.
  • Course content, scheduling, and pricing may be updated periodically. We will communicate material changes to enrolled learners with reasonable notice.
  • Access to programme materials is granted to the individual learner and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) on our website and in any written communication from us. Fees must be paid in full before access to programme materials is granted unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing.

All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Nablalab reserves the right to revise pricing for future programme intakes. Any change will not affect fees already agreed for a current enrolment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund requests are handled as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the programme start date are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Once a learner has accessed the programme materials for more than two weeks, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to materials will be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, and appropriate adjustments will be made where access was materially disrupted.

To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nablalab website and within our programmes — including lesson materials, exercises, code examples, graphics, and written text — is the intellectual property of Nablalab or its contributors, unless otherwise stated.

Learners are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use programme content for their own study. You may not copy, adapt, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Any original work you produce as part of a programme (such as a capstone project) remains your own intellectual property. By participating in peer review or community activities, you grant other learners and instructors a limited right to view and comment on that work within the programme context.

7. Learner Conduct

All learners are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow participants. Behaviour that disrupts the learning environment or causes harm to others may result in removal from the programme without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, academic dishonesty, or sharing programme content without authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nablalab provides its programmes and website on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy and service continuity, we do not warrant that our website or programmes will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nablalab's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or programmes is limited to the amount you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our website or programme materials may contain links to external websites, tools, or datasets. These are provided for convenience and educational context only. Nablalab is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and does not endorse them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email. Continued use of our website or participation in programmes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
